Reception hours from Monday to Sunday 24 hours
Continental breakfast hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and weekends and holidays from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
During your stay you must be responsible for your personal and valuables since Nexus Suites & Hotel does not respond in case of theft or loss. All rooms have a safe.
The client is responsible for the correct use of the room, household items and appliances and for leaving them in the same conditions and order in which they were found. Failure to comply will result in the payment of the value of said product or its replacement by one similar to the deteriorated one.
Every person who accesses Nexus Valladolid Suites & Hotel must register with a valid identity document and photograph.
A cash deposit for damages of €50 will be requested upon arrival, which will be returned upon departure after inspecting that everything is correct.
The use of the room by a number of occupants greater than that declared at check-in is prohibited, and the establishment reserves the right to charge a supplement for this concept.
The room can only be used as temporary accommodation in the city. The client will be responsible for their own behavior as well as for those accompanying them. In the event of inappropriate or uncivil behavior, Washington Parquesol Suites & Hotel may require them to leave the room without the right to any refund or compensation.
Kitchen cleaning is not included in the accommodation rate. It is the client's responsibility to clean it derived from its use. If you want us to clean the kitchen, let us know at Reception. (An additional cost will apply)
The change of bed and bath linen is not done daily. Consult at Reception.
It is necessary to have a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Nexus Valladolid Suites & Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your card before entry. If you cancel or modify the reservation up to 3 days before arrival, Nexus Valladolid Suites & Hotel will not make any charge. If you cancel the reservation after the deadline or do not show up, 100% of the amount of the first night will be charged. If it is not canceled, the total stay will be charged.
Non-refundable rate: in case of cancellation, 100% will be charged as expenses.
